No Weights, No Care.
100 Pull Ups
100 Push Ups
100 Sit Ups
100 Squats
Run 1.5 Miles

    1. You sure can, however, I remember telling you to take a recovery week THIS WEEK!

      If you buy a rubber band you can use it to assist you at the park or on a nearby tree. I do my pull-ups at the jungle gym at Tuttle Park.
