100 Pushups
(45 Second Battle-Rope)
100 Sit Ups
(45 Second Kneeling Battle Rope)
100 Air Squats or Lunges
(20 Second x2 Planking, One-Armed Battle Rope-Hit Each Side)
1.5 Mile Run
