Friday 5/11/12 REST DAY

Today should be enjoyed as a day of rest. Stephanie will be leading the group workout tomorrow morning at 9:50a.m. There will be an educational workshop right after the UFC workout. The alternative to the workshop is writing a single-spaced one page paper. I'll post the choice of subjects for the paper by Sunday.

ATTENTION: If you did took a day of rest already or did not complete the RX'd workouts below, complete one of them today to make up for your laxity.
