Friday 5/11/12 UWLC Solo Workout

Back + Biceps

Cardio: 20 Minutes.
Reverse Grip Pulldowns: 1 warm-up 8-10, 3 working sets of 8-10.
Bent Over Barbell Row: 1 warm-up set of 8-10, 3 working sets of 10-12.
Lower Back Extensions: 1 warm-up set of 10-12, 2 sets of 15-20 reps.
Concentration Curls: 4 sets of 15-20 reps.
Barbell Curls: 4 sets of 8-12 reps.
Cardio: 20 Minutes.
