Monday 5/14/12 UFC Solo Workout

I trust everyone had a restful weekend. Time to get back on schedule.

 Warm-Up: 15 Minutes Cardio, 30 Lower Back Extensions.

Partition For Time: (PFT) 50 Wall Balls Squats
40 Pull-Ups
30 Toes to bar
20 Snatches
10 Overhead squats 

Cardio: 15 minutes
