Monday 5/14/12 UWLC Solo Workout

Today is a high volume day for the legs to boost hormone and fat burning at the beginning of the week. Exprect to be sore.

Cardio: 10 Minutes

SUPERSET
Leg Extensions : 2 sets of 30 reps
Hamstring Curls: 2 Sets of 20 reps

SUPERSET
Lunges: 3 Sets of 40
Air Squats: 3 Sets of 25

Leg Press: 3 Sets of 50 reps

SUPERSET
Leg Extensions : 2 sets of 30 reps
Hamstring Curls: 2 Sets of 20 reps

Cardio: 20 minutes
