5/31/12 UFC Solo WOD

      4 Rounds For Time
  1. 7 Front Squats 185/115 (75lbs minimum)
  2. 15 Wall Balls 12′ Target
  3. 15 Box Jump Overs (Use 15'' Box minimum)

Skills: Practice your DB (Kettlebell swings). Swing for 1 minute straight and take 2 minutes rest then hit the swings again. Swing for a total of 5 minutes.
