Row n' Press

 If you are unable to bench your weight, lower the weight to 75%,65%, or 55%. Do not go lower than 55%..find a spotter and complete some forced reps.

For time:
Row 500 meters
Body weight Bench press, 30 reps
Row 1000 meters
Body weight Bench press, 20 reps
Row 2000 meters
Body weight Bench press, 10 reps
