Sunday-Memorial Day

Make sure to get a workout or two in this weekend through all of the grilling and holiday eating.

LEG DAY

Cardio: 20 Minutes
Barbell Squat: 5 Sets of 12 reps
Lunges: 4 sets of 25 reps
SUPERSET
Leg Extensions: 3 sets of 15 reps 
Leg Curl: 3 sets of 15 reps

Cardio: 20 Minutes
